It all started out of frustration. We kept seeing the same slogan over and over again. “This product is for everybody”. But Taylor Swift said it well in her “cardigan” song – “a friend to all is a friend to none.” Ok, maybe Aristotle said it first, but miss Swift advertised it better.

This is how advertising got its bad reputation. Companies kept pushing their products to everyone, without trying to listen and understand the consumer needs and desires.
